G Wear for Nadia Comaneci

G Wear's "Green for a Cause" is proud to support Nadia Comaneci and the Nadia Comaneci Foundation with two "Perfect 10" designs.

The Nadia Comaneci Foundation Collection features two designs, available in an assortment of styles, from short sleeve, long sleeve to the everyday raw-edge sweat shirt. G Wear apparel and accessories feature appliqués from recycled t-shirts that are cut, glued and hand sewn onto each of their products in the USA.

"Nadia left an indelible mark on the history of the Olympics as the first to score a perfect 10 and we are excited to partner with Nadia and her foundation on these exclusive designs" commented Kevin Jones, G Wear President.

Nadia Comaneci Foundation is a nongovernmental, nonpolitical and nonprofit organization, founded in 2007 at the initiative of Nadia Comaneci.  The Foundation’s main objective to encourage, support and promote performance in any field, from sports, to educational and professional development, to family and life quality, its goal being “For a life of perfect 10”.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these exclusive “Perfect 10" designs will be donated to the Nadia Comaneci Foundation.

What is G Wear’s “Green for a Cause” initiative?
·      In addition to recycling, being involved with charitable organizations is at the core of who we are.
·      With “Green for a Cause”, G Wear partners with local, regional, and national non-profits and civic organizations and provide them the opportunity to create and sell unique, eco-friendly branded products.
·      It could be a shirt for an event, a tote bag for a luncheon or a visor for a golf tournament.
·      These are all products that these organizations assist in designing to help convey their organization’s mission and cause.
·      Once their products are developed, we will assist in promoting them through social media and provide the service of selling their products on our website where a portion of the sale goes back to the organization
